What skills are most important for a job like yours?

I would say cross-functional leadership. I consider myself the quarterback within a product launch team, making sure I can work in a very matrixed organization and facilitate expertise within the project team.

I would also say agility. It's a really fast-moving market and industry. So, being able to identify market trends quickly and pivot strategy when needed is big.

And then I would also say relationship building. I think that's both internally and externally. So, as mentioned, in a matrix organization, cross-functional, you want to build relationships with your colleagues. But it's also really important to build relationships with our customers, which are the surgeons.
