I think this job requires extremely clear thinking and a lot of stamina. You might notice that many well-known investors eventually retire because it's a very tiring job.
You have to always be on top of news and events and understand companies well. It's a cumulative process, so it helps if you hang around a long time. It does require a lot of stamina in terms of mental acuity, so I think that's the most challenging thing.
