What does the day in the life of a senior growth marketing manager look like?
I start my day by checking in on paid media platforms like Facebook, TikTok, or Google. I review the budget, KPIs, and results, aiming to do this before my first morning call.
Usually around 9 AM, we have an internal training or roundtable. During these sessions, we share strategies, tactics, and our results.
Next, I check in with my team. I see if they need any help from me and get updates on their clients, their work, and what they're focused on.
Then, I connect with my clients to report on results. Especially if things are moving slower or worse than expected, I communicate our plan to them.
I also check in with the creative team. I see what they're working on and provide my feedback.
Throughout the day, we typically have client calls. These are weekly or bi-weekly, where I report our results from the past seven or fourteen days and discuss our plans going forward.
