What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
The best thing I enjoy about it is actually feeling like I accomplished tasks. I'm a task-based person, so I like accomplishing the different types of tasks that come my way.
Seeing that I've finally completed something, such as getting a candidate hired into a position, is fulfilling. It's knowing that, "Okay, I completed this one. Now, let's move on to the next one."
