What does a day in the life of your role look like?
To start at the beginning, we maintain our candidates through our pipeline. I begin by answering emails and contacting the hiring team, ensuring they wish to move forward with any candidates they interview.
Then, I message those candidates to start giving them offer letters or verbal offers. Throughout the day, I hold meetings to make sure everyone is aligned with the same concepts.
I finalize everything by sending out the last emails for the day. This way, for tomorrow morning, I can start the whole cycle all over again.
