What did you do in undergrad to set you up for success in your career?
With my degree in theater and dance, I really focused on improvisation. This helped me think on my feet, which is essential as a recruiter. You're constantly thinking quickly about the next steps, especially when speaking with candidates.
Having those questions memorized or at least known is key. Improv has worked very well for me in this regard.
