What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
Yes, the biggest challenge right now, as a recruiter, is actually hiring candidates who are not looking for remote work. Most of the positions I have are going to be in person.
I know that in the new economic climate, everyone's trying to search for remote positions. They also want to make sure they're getting paid the correct amount that their skill sets hold. So, remote positions and pay scale are the biggest challenges right now.
