What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
I love celebrating our students' successes and accomplishments. It's an exciting, yet stressful, time in their lives. We work with students from sophomore through senior year.
During senior year, students are applying to colleges, thinking about their goals and dreams, and what they want to do. Being there to support them is my favorite thing. I love seeing our students on Saturdays.
I also love following up with students once they are in college and seeing how they're doing, and interacting with our alumni. Working with students is why I got into this kind of work.
That's what I find most rewarding: supporting them in whatever their goals and dreams are. Knowing that we're a small part of that is really cool.
