What is your biggest challenge in your role?
When there's a new system implementation, there's an expectation to become proficient in it almost immediately. People expect you to be an expert, even if it's something you've never seen before. You have to learn very quickly.
That can be challenging because not every system is designed or works the same way. You have to think quickly on your feet and learn the technical aspects rapidly.
This can be especially challenging if other projects are ongoing. That's when I feel pulled thin. I still need to pull through and be that expert, because that is my job.
