What are your main responsibilities within your current role?
I joined as the first business hire. We were a 12-person company when I joined, and we're about 26 now.
My title is Business Operations, but I'm really involved in anything not product or engineering related. My primary responsibilities include leading our Customer Success organization, working with our existing customers to ensure they're happy and getting the most out of our product.
I'm also leading sales in an interim capacity while we search for the right person. Additionally, I'm responsible for everything on the operations side, making sure the business runs smoothly internally.
