What are your main responsibilities within your current role?
My current role is Managing Director. I co-lead Shift Communications with a colleague on the East Coast.
We have operational management responsibilities for the entire firm. This means we ensure we meet our targets, keep people busy, and maintain high service quality for our clients.
Business development is also part of my role. I spend a lot of time selling the agency's capabilities and networking.
Shift is part of a broader portfolio of agencies. As agency leads, we connect with peers at other brands to cross-sell services and support each other. We stay aware of each other's market challenges and help find solutions so we can all thrive together.
