What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
For me, right now, it's definitely when we win as an agency. This includes when we win new business, or when we win with a client, like signing up to do a launch or some sort of interesting campaign.
When a campaign has many moving pieces, and we nail it, that's the best thing. Part of my job is to be a cheerleader for the agency and showcase the great work we're doing. Fortunately, there's a lot of great work happening around here.
Making people aware of the great work and learning why it went well is also important. Perhaps there are things we need to learn about how it could be better. But I think being involved in that aspect of the work is really rewarding.
So, winning is the most fun part of the job.
