What sort of skills are most important for a job like yours?
I think knowing yourself is really important. Being able to tell both your own and your organization's story is crucial.

I think it's really important to know where your own story ties in with your organization's story. Feel confident in that connection, and then be able to recognize where that is in someone else's as well.
