What did you do in undergrad to set you up for success in your career?
That's a great question. I've been thinking about it a lot, especially regarding my major and the experiences I didn't pursue because I was caught up in the moment.
I think it was because I wasn't hyper-focused on a specific career path. I thought I wanted to go into law and be a lawyer, but not for any deep reasons.
The fact that I was open to friendships, living situations, majors, and different life experiences really helped me understand myself when I was away from home. It helped me discover what I was interested in and not, and the different phases of interests and opportunities I was drawn to.
I felt confident that I would have a job after graduation, even without knowing exactly what that would be. I was just open to the experience of being a college student.
