What skills are most important for a job like yours?

That's a great question. There are things I feel I should say, the typical standard answers. You've got to be organized and on top of your work. You have to have project plans for yourself and can't let things slide because it's your own business, and your reputation and brand matter.

But there are also other pieces to it, like confidence in yourself and what you can do for a client or customer. There's the ability to figure things out.

So, I do some projects because I know I can do them, but I also take on projects because I think I can do them. I haven't done them before, but I want to stretch myself a little. Then it becomes about how I get the information or access the content I need to do that work well.

So I think it's both technical content expertise and intrinsic character traits, like values and the softer skills.
