What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
That's a great question. My biggest challenge as a business owner is figuring out what I want to say yes and no to in terms of work. I know my full capacity, and then every now and then an extra cool, awesome project or opportunity comes my way.
I almost always say yes to those because this whole thing is about charting my path forward. It's that moment of already being maxed out, but loving the work I do. I love this sector I'm in, and I love working with people who are into education, equity, and opportunity.
So again, I'll almost always say yes. But it's that moment of, "Should I? Can I? How do I take this on in addition to all the other work I get to do?" And then it's also that I get to make those decisions for myself.
