As someone who identifies as female, how has it impacted how you navigate your period?

This is a really interesting question. As a female myself, I can feel that there are a lot of obstacles during the building of my professional career.

I can say that the journey is not smooth at all. Not only during job searching, but also during the day-to-day job and operations in my firm, risk management is installed.

I can see that there are still some stereotypes that women cannot do better than men, especially in consulting. It's a job that is very analytical, and people think that men can do a lot of analysis faster and better than women.

But I can say that somehow, I have proven that although I'm a female, I can do the job and perform better than most of the men in my division. That actually helps me to build my career because when they see that a female can do better than men, they actually really care about me more.

And as a female, sometimes in my career, there are some flexibilities. People will understand that there are some things that females don't really feel comfortable about. So, it's really grateful that I can work in a situation where people care more about females, and people will try to understand that females can actually do and perform very well in the workplace.
