What does a day in the life of a digital product manager look like?

Every day is different, but some things are consistent. I do a lot of reading about what competitors are doing well or not well.

I also do a lot of data analysis. I look at what customers are telling us by seeing what they're doing on our platform. I analyze how far through the funnel they are going.

I also do a lot of brainstorming with my team about how we can improve things. We have a lot of collaboration where we ask, "What are you all hearing?" I talk to my sales and operations teams.

That collaboration is probably the most fun part of my job. I get to work with people from around the organization, understanding what they deal with every day. I think about how their experience impacts the customer.

I really work to think through how we can enhance the overall experience for all of our users. This includes both the end user, the paying customer, and our internal users. It's a lot of fun.
