What is your biggest challenge in your current role?

One of the biggest challenges is encountering a merchant who is more difficult or has more hesitations. It's not about them being bad, but rather them having reservations or unmet needs. The biggest challenge is discovering what those are.

It's also important to be able to empathize and relate to their situation. Then, you try to find an appropriate solution that the platform can address.

However, I think this challenge is also what makes the role stimulating. It really exercises my problem-solving skills. Each merchant has a different situation, so you can't just come up with a one-size-fits-all or generic solution.

You sometimes have to think outside the box. I also find that customer feedback serves as a data point. I can bring it up to our product team, like suggesting we implement something based on the number of feedbacks I've received related to a specific issue.
