What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
What I enjoy most is being able to work with great individuals. I get to learn from my father; we are a father-daughter duo. He's had over 30 years in the industry, and that's given me the opportunity to gain a lot more exposure and opportunities within our field.
This has been more beneficial than if I had come straight out of college. I have a lot more responsibilities, and the clients we work with have really become family.
It's rewarding to be trusted with their lifetime earnings and help them grow it. Being able to apply my analytical and math skills there has been very rewarding, though challenging. It's also very fun.
